A Year to Remember!

There has been much exciting news for Crossover Malawi and River of Life ministries this year, despite the heartaches of the coronavirus pandemic. Your generosity has remained steadfast and we have been able to build and upkeep the health clinic in Malawi. The surrounding villagers would often have to travel many miles if they had a medical emergency. This would result in sicknesses and diseases being unattended to, oftentimes resulting in death. Now, many villagers are able to have access to medical care in a matter of minutes. This health clinic is beneficial to the community and also serves as  a temporary holding station for patients with more severe illness while waiting for transportation to hospitals in the city. The health clinic is not only used for those who abide in the village, but many surrounding the village are able to come to receive medical care, and also learn about the good news of Jesus Christ! 

Reflecting over this past year, our hearts go out to all students who have had a difficult time adjusting to new styles of learning. Three students in particular whose education has been affected by Covid-19 are Ndiripo, Donnex, and Francewell. These young men work with River of Life ministries and are in desperate need to raise money to attend university in the spring. God has tremendously worked in the lives of many that were saved, during the crusades that took place in Mozambique. People who had never heard the gospel now have the Bible in their own language. It has been a life-changing experience for many - what a blessing!

As we approach March 2021, we are excited to see firsthand what God is doing in Malawi. We have been very thankful for Pastor Mark, our on the ground missionary, who has been very devoted and instrumental in the work being done in Malawi.
