Watch what a week with CUPS Mission actually looks like — the villages, the kids, and the families whose lives are changing because people decided to show up.
A strange tide stranded thousands of starfish on the shore. A man walked the beach, throwing them back one by one. “There are thousands — what difference can you make?” someone asked. He picked up another, threw it into the waves, and said: “I can make all the difference to this one.”
CUPS Mission works in the poorest communities targeted by traffickers — providing discipleship, family counseling, nutrition, medical care, and vocational education so a new life with hope becomes possible. Your week on the ground is part of that foundation.
“If you are only going to spin your wheels, you might better not do it at all. It is dangerous to raise the hopes of the hopeless and not deliver.”
A steep climb to remote Alto de la Jagua for a Bible study, kids' mini camp, worship, and a shared community meal.
Bring color to concrete-brick homes families can't afford to decorate — and dignity to the communities you serve.
Serve hundreds of kids at a time — dancing, character sketches, testimonies, and prayer as they hear a Bible lesson.
Go door-to-door with a translator to pray with families and leave a small gift of rice and oil.
Bring the toys, bring the energy. Hours of play and a mini Bible camp for children who need it most.
Gather families outdoors to worship, dance, sing, and enjoy a movie together under the stars.
Worship with your team and Dominican friends, and hear how the Lord led missionary families to serve here.
Rest and enjoy the gorgeous Dominican coast — an optional snorkeling cruise or pool time at the hotel.
Reflect on the week together, share your "snapshot" moments, and process all the Lord has taught you.
“CUPS provides students with vocational skills to operate their own businesses. This puts them in the driver’s seat of their future.”

Yes — groups are very welcome and a great fit. Groups need designated leaders, and minors require adult supervision at required ratios. Ages 8–80 can serve.
A full, joyful schedule — usually 2–3 activities a day, travel by open-air truck, and a lot of walking in hot, humid weather. Teams may split into smaller groups for activities.
Empathy is saddened by a need. Compassion does something about it. Tell us you're interested and our team will reach out with trip dates and next steps — no commitment yet.
