Misha in Malawi Update!
Dear Crossover Malawi Family,
"I have been getting videos, testimonials, and pictures from the River of Life vocational center. I’ve been getting to know some of the students, and it’s cool because now when I see them in the street they know it’s me and they wave! I’ve been able to see how the vocational center works and what its goals and purpose are for the community and people in Malawi. The fact that they offer free schooling to these individuals so that they may learn a trade is so helpful to the community. Without the school, many of the students would not be able to do anything to make an income because of the rural area they live in.
In addition to seeing how the vocational school works, I have also been able to love and play with the many kids in the neighborhood! Here in Malawi, one of the main issues regards family planning. Children as young as 13, 14,15 can get married, and they start to have families. And because of early marriages, many of them result in divorce, leaving children with their mothers, and not being properly taken care of."
Please be in prayer for the people in Malawi, Misha as she continues to learn and live there, and for the rest of the team that is there right now! Pray that God would give them continual strength and bold faith! That He would provide for all of the needs for the River of Life Vocational School. And that the people in Malawi would come to know Christ as their Lord and Savior!
