It's June, and for over 250 of your fellow CUPS partners that means renewing passports, getting plane tickets, packing bags of supplies for the mission and heading down to the Dominican Republic to walk alongside Daniel, Judith and the CUPS team serving the children and families God has entrusted to our care.
The first mission trip of the season actually took place a couple of weeks ago, as a team of dentists, hygienists, and dental students spent a week providing free dental care and education in the villages we serve. The week was a huge success, as dozens of children came to have their teeth cleaned in each of CUPS' villages. What an awesome way to start the summer!

Not everyone can physically go to serve the people of the Dominican on a trip like this, but you can join in through your gifts of prayer and financial support. When Paul wrote to the church at Philippi concerning their gifts of support he said they "entered into partnership with [him] in giving and receiving." They gave "help for [his] needs" and received "the fruit that increases to [their] credit" (Phil 4:15-17). In the same way, your gifts of support for your missionaries supply help for their needs, and you receive the credit for the fruit of the gospel that God provides through their efforts on the ground.
